Board Meetings
Board Meetings will be posted with at least 10 days’ notice and are open to members unless otherwise noted. Board meetings held as executive session are not open to members. Members may attend and make comment if they email 48 hours ahead of time. They should email SAHFAHOA@gmail com with the subject: Board Meeting. Please reference the topic you wish to speak to in your email.
Annual Meeting
Want to stay in the loop on what’s going on in your neighborhood? Consider attending the HOA’s annual meeting, which happens in June each year. The annual meeting covers important topics such as Summer Road and backroad maintenance, community workdays and forestry projects. The annual meeting is also the time when elections take place for open board positions. If you have strong opinions about things that you’d like to see happen in our neighborhood or just want to become involved, consider running for a board position. These positions include: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Directors (6).
