The St. Anton Highlands First Addition HOA board has been working on amended and restated protective covenants, and an amended and restated declaration of association. At the special meeting that will be held on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2025 at 6:30PM at the Nederland Public Library, the board will present the updated documents and answer any questions about the new documents. After the special meeting, a month-long voting window will open (ending on March 3rd, 2026), during which lot-owners will be allowed to cast one vote per lot owned in the HOA. Ballots will be delivered via email or letter to all HOA members. Our 2025 annual HOA Community Meeting is scheduled for 7PM on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025 at the Nederland Community Library in the Community Room.
